Sure enough, I ran up to a 24-hour CVS and confirmed that you can buy ANOTHER big box and get ANOTHER $10 ECB! Then it will show as the picture above!

can you buy them together and get 20 ecb? I have a $5/$40 email I wanted to use and this would be great.
Yes you can! You’ll get a $20 ECB instead of a $10 ECB though.
You could also do 1 in a transaction along with $18 of other items and then ‘roll’ the $10 ECB to pay for the next box as well!

It looks like people aren’t getting an additional $10 ECB when buying them together, so buy them separately!

Also side note on the other comment.. I saw on iheartcvs.com where someone tried to buy 2 boxes in one transaction and it only printed one 10ECB. So to be on the safe side, I’d do them seperate!
